Outer C. V. Joint
Outer C. V. Joint: It is the shorten name o f Outer Constant Velocity Joint, which is settled into the wheel side, become a part of one Drive Shaft. This type of Joint doesn’t have axial slipping function but it has big steering angle, One side of this joint connects to wheel hub, the other side connects to axle, the power from axle can be export to wheel hub via this joint, which makes this joint become a key joint and part of power train system.
Now our company has more than 2800 different items of Outer C. V. Joint, itself can also been divided into 6-ball type and 8-ball type.
Inner C. V. Joint
Inner C. V. Joint: It is the shorten name o f Inner Constant Velocity Joint, which is settled into the gearbox (differential) side, become a part of one Drive Shaft. This type of Joint has well used axial slipping function but it has smaller steering angle, One side of this joint connects to differential side of gearbox, the other side connects to axle, the power from engine – transmission gearbox can be export to axle, then come to Outer C. V. Joint, accompany with the steering system, also it is also been designed to fit for the tough road, different height of two side wheels, turning and vibration, etc.

Drive shaft
DRIVE SHAFT: It is the shorten name of Constant Velocity Drive Shaft, another name is Half Shaft. It is the key part in chassis system of a car. One Drive Shaft is assembled by one outer joint, inner joint and one axle. One front drive car has two drive shafts (left side and right side), one rear drive car has for drive shafts (two in left side, two in right side). The advantage of one Constant Velocity Joint structure is high strength, low noise, high efficiency, low weight, also, the advantage of one Inner Constant Velocity Joint structure is high efficiency of axial slipping, all of these advantages makes one the car has good performance in driving, and smooth steering, this kind of structure is wildly used in most of current front drive vehicles and four wheel driving vehicles.
